2024 Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday Notice

As the golden autumn approaches, we are about to usher in the annual Mid-Autumn Festival. Mid-Autumn Festival, as a traditional festival of the Chinese nation, carries the meaning of reunion and beauty. In order to allow everyone to fully experience this warmth and joy and spend the holiday with their families, the company's 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

1. Holiday time

According to the national holiday arrangements and the actual situation of our company, the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday time is: September 15 (Sunday) to September 17 (Tuesday), a total of 3 days. The specific date may be adjusted due to the final holiday notice announced by the country. This notice will be updated accordingly after the final date is determined.

2. Work arrangements

Please ask the heads of each department to make pre-holiday work arrangements in advance to ensure the smooth transition of various businesses during the holiday and the effective handling of emergency matters. For projects or work that need to continue during the holidays, please communicate with team members in advance and make corresponding arrangements.

All employees are requested to complete their work before the holiday and do a good job of handing over their work to ensure that the company's operations are not affected during the holiday.

Before the holiday, please carefully check the safety of the office area, turn off the power, lock the doors and windows, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the office environment.

3. Holiday safety tips

Please pay attention to personal and property safety during the holiday, abide by traffic rules, try to avoid going to crowded places, and take personal protection.

Pay attention to food hygiene, eat in moderation, avoid overeating, and maintain good living habits.

If there is an emergency or the company needs assistance, please feel free to contact the company's designated holiday emergency contact person, and the contact information will be notified separately.

4. Return to work arrangements

All employees are requested to report to work on time on the first working day after the holiday (i.e., Wednesday, September 18) to resume normal working order.
